What shipping methods are available?

FitXtreme uses reliable courier services and trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely, quickly, and in proper packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, FitXtreme delivers within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available yet, but we are working on adding this option soon.

How long will it take to get my package?

We try to dispatch orders within 24 hours after confirmation. Delivery usually takes around 5–7 working days, depending on your city and courier service.

What payment methods are accepted?

FitXtreme accepts Cash on Delivery and we are working to add more convenient payment methods for our customers.

Is buying online safe?

Yes, shopping at FitXtreme is safe and secure. We make sure your order details are handled properly and your parcel is delivered through trusted courier partners.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is very simple. Select your product, choose your size and color, add it to cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and confirm your order. Once placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

How can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or change your order, please contact FitXtreme support as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order is shipped, changes may not be possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.

Can I open the parcel before payment?

As per courier policy, customers cannot open the parcel before making full payment but for customer's feasibility the product will be in a transparent flyer so you can look at the colour and check if the product is correct  However, if there is any issue with your purchase, FitXtreme offers return and exchange support according to our policy.
