Exchange & Return Policy

Welcome to FitXtreme.

At FitXtreme, we want to make your shopping experience simple, smooth, and reliable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Conditions

Exchange or return will only be accepted if:

1. The product is unused and unwashed.

2. All original tags, labels, and packaging are attached.

3. The product is returned in its original condition.

4. The request is made within 15 days of receiving the order.

Please note: As per standard garment tolerance, up to 1 inch difference in size measurements may occur and is considered acceptable.

If FitXtreme Sent the Wrong Item

If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, FitXtreme will assist you with the exchange process. We may provide a return slip, and you will need to visit the relevant courier office to return the parcel.

If reverse pickup is requested, please note that it may take up to 12 working days, depending on the courier company’s policy.

If You Ordered the Wrong Item or Size

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or product by mistake, you can still request an exchange. However, the return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is unused and in original condition, we will dispatch the replacement item, subject to availability.

Exchange processing may take 4–6 working days after we receive the parcel.

Exchange with Another Product

If you wish to exchange your item with another product, please pack the item properly in its original packaging with all tags attached and send it to our office address, which will be provided by our support team.

Once received and approved, we will send the new product depending on availability.

Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return your product and request a refund, please contact FitXtreme support first. Our team will guide you and provide the return address.

After we receive the returned product and confirm that it is unused, unwashed, and complete with all tags and packaging, your refund will be processed.

Refund processing may take 5–10 working days.

Refund Method

Refunds may be processed through:
1. Bank transfer
2. Easypaisa
3. JazzCash

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Return or exchange shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

A deduction of Rs. 200 may apply from the refundable amount as processing charges.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be deducted from exchange or refund amounts where applicable.
